San Francisco, California, April 29, 2009: Simplion is the Winner of "2009 Best Places to Work in Bay Area" award presented by the San Francisco Business Times.

Simplion Technologies, a technology solution provider committed to delivering measurable business advantage for its customers announced today that it was a winner of "2009 Best Places to Work in Bay Area" award presented by the San Francisco Business Times. A costumer-driven and quality focused company, Simplion scored a 92.68 % favorable rating by its employees.

The goal for this award is to create an objective process through which companies can be compared and evaluated as employers. Every year, the San Francisco Business Times runs an online employee satisfaction survey where polls of the employees of each participating company are made, based on the size of the company. Simplion Technologies was ranked in the businesses category with an employee strength of 25-50.

According to the San Francisco Business Times, participating companies undergo a two steps process. All the employees are given an opportunity to respond to a series of questionnaires about the company. As a basic criterion for this prestigious award, at least 85% of the employees have to participate in the survey. The responses are made anonymous though. Employees of Simplion have given positive responses about the company and this gives an ample testimony to the kind of work culture that Simplion follows.

The San Francisco Business Times’ Best Places to Work in the Bay Area 2009 is the latest recognition for Simplion Technologies in the recent times. Earlier the company has also been ranked #4 Fastest Growing Companies in Silicon Valley by Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal. Simplion’s success track so far has been a good combination of timing and strategy.
