- CEO, Health HighwaySimplion is focused on developing long-term strategic relationships with our clients. With this goal in mind, we provide the flexibility that best serves your unique business requirements, thus ensuring a successful partnership with us. Our different working models give our customers the flexibility of choosing how they would like to work with us.
Dedicated teamWith a dedicated Simplion team at their disposal for a fixed time frame, the customer can rest assured that their project will be delivered on-time and on-budget. Simplion’s experts are a virtual add-on to the customer’s in-house development team making it the most cost-effective method of meeting project requirements from afar. The assigned Simplion specialists work solely for one customer at a time enabling the customer to use the team for other pre-determined projects as well. The customer also benefits from knowledge retention. Monthly billing is dependent on the number of resources dedicated to the customer which may vary based on changing customer-needs.
Time and MaterialThe time and material arrangement is best suited to situations where requirements change frequently, for example, in the scenario of new product development or for long-term projects where the scope of work may change during implementation. This model offers the customer flexibility to change the size and composition of the team based on changing project specifications and requirements. Simplion assigns a team of experts to the customer and monthly billing is based on the number of hours spent on the project and fixed rates for each skill set involved.
HybridThe hybrid model combines the best of the dedicated team model and the time and material model, giving the customer increased flexibility and control over projects. Customers should opt for this model when they do not have a clear assessment of their requirements, for example, customers could start on a time and material model initially to develop detailed requirement specifications and project plan and switch to a dedicated team once their baseline requirements have been set, thereby ensuring on-time, on-budget deliverables. Or, customers could start with a dedicated team and later on employ the time and material model to meet additional project requirements or other intermittent needs that arise during the course of product development.
Simplion also partners with customers in various other innovative ways such as our startup equity program and other models suggested by clients.
