| With almost 15 years of industry experience, Jerry is responsible for Simplion’s technology vision and R&D leadership. Jerry has provided his expertise to global companies like Fujitsu Network Communications, ASPECT Communications, Huawei Technologies and Intuit. His area of expertise includes components based software engineering, wireless computing, mobile commerce, software quality assurance and testing. He has been published wildly in IEEE/ACM journals and international conferences. Jerry holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Texas At Arlington. |

Dhiraj Sharma
Vice President - Enterprise Solutions |
| Dhiraj founded Simplion in 2004 after acquiring over a decade of experience in technology, management and operational areas across multiple industry verticals. Prior to founding Simplion, Dhiraj held various positions at Hewlett-Packard where he gained strong experience in enterprise applications, systems integration, business intelligence and software. Dhiraj holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University. |

| Rama has over 12 years of Information Technology experience and he heads the Independent Verification and Validation group at Simplion. Rama has been with the company since its founding in 2004. Prior to Simplion, he worked with eBay and Xerox in varied areas of management and software quality assurance. Rama holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from India. |
